At first, marido told me he booked a table for us at Chez Bruce.

The next action, I checked on the website where it is in London.

SW17  7EG was its post code, at the south of city. I checked how long could we get there and how to get there from hotel. It cost almost one hour to get there and we needed to take two buses. I wasnot familiar with this area cuz I hadn't ever been there.

At this moment, I'm confused why he booked a so far restaurant over there. I thought it's a liitle bit crazy to take one hour to get there just for the lunch. <shrug>

That day, we left the hotel at 11 am. and went to take the bus number 295 and 319.

At the middle of the way to the restaurant, I heard the bus speaker said, ' This bus changed its terminal stop here.' <---- I really hate the London's bus system!!! You never expect what will happen next second.

When we got there, we were the earliest guests for the lunch. They gave us the best seats of the restaurant. <lucky>

Marido went to westfield to buy the shirts and trouser for this moment.

It's a simple and comfortable restaurant, Chez Bruce.

The chef would change some of the meals everyday, you could order three course for each person, cost £32.50 in December lunch.

Before you ordered your meal, they would provide three kinds of bread to let you choose and it's very delicious!

This was the starters I ordered, duck breast. Top of the dish was the fried caroot.

This was mixed the chicked's and goose's liver together to make the sauce with two pices of toasts.

Both of us were crazy about this sauce, we ate all of this sauce!!!

Now I'm used to drink some wine when I went to a restaurant depending on my mood.

Marido ordered venison and it tasted very different. I don't know how to describe it.

I ordered the risotto with seafood (fish & squid) and vegetable. But the rice tasted like the smell of 'rougeng'.

This was a liitle bit weird...but I'd really love the tasty of the fish and vegetable.

When we're waiting for our dessert, the retaurant started getting busy at the same time.

Marido came to this restaurant cuz of its cheeses, so he ordered the cheeses as his dessert.

I tried a new one, pineapple with peppermint. Actually these two things mixed together, the taste was fresh for me.

 

Finished our lunch, it's almost 2 pm. They gave us a coupon for the next time meal.
